Walt Nowak, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Southdown Homes, has more than thirty years of experience including sixteen years as Division President with one of the nations largest builders. Director of Construction, Andrew Cappelli, also has over thirty years of experience in residential construction with national builders as well as local custom builders and manages land development and production of all homes.
